pre-pregnancy weight but go
slow and wait until you feel
up to it. dont stress too much
as stress has been shown to
add fat to the stomach
region. eat foods that are
filling but dont use many
calories like whole grains,
nuts, fruits and veables. when
you feel up to it try to find
ways to incorporate some
exercise like taking the baby
for a walk in the stroller.

but not enough, try building
up to 3-5 miles which should

1 hour. eating healthy is a
